If you require any assistance outside our standard business hours of 8.00AM to 5.30PM Monday to Friday and 8.00AM to 12.00PM Saturdays (Sydney NSW time zone) please email us with your contact details or questions and our staff will respond as soon as possible.

Shipping:

Most products are available for shipping the same day, or next day, depending on the time your online orders are received. If there is to be a shipping delay longer than this we will advise of this, and the expected delay, as soon as possible.

When your order has been shipped your order status will be updated to complete and a site generated email confirming the shipping method and tracking numbers will be forwarded to the email account provided by you.

Generally orders below $200.00 in value will incur a shipping charge of $15.00 including GST. Many items are free of shipping costs, even if your total order is below $200.00 and these items are marked as such.

Some heavy or bulky items such as air compressors will incur a higher freight charge and tthis shipping cost will be displayed to you before you complete your order.

Certain remote areas my incur an additional shipping surcharge which will not be automatically calculated by this online store. If this occurs we will contact you and offer the option of acceptijng the additional shipping surcharge or cancelling your order.
